The Mini Trampoline
The mini trampoline is a small version of a trampoline that you can use inside the house. It is intended for exercise or, as it is called, rebounding. These little trampolines are big enough for one person to stand on and bounce (i.e rebound) and is a wonderful way to exercise without putting undue pressure on your joints.

This type of exercise called rebounding is said to have many health benefits. First of all, it is great for reducing stress and will not be hard on your joints or feet. It also helps greatly with lung capacity and is said to play a role in normalizying blood pressure if you use it regularly. But perhaps the biggest benefit to rebounding on a mini trampoline is that it helps your lymphatic system do it’s job thus boosting the immune system and helping you feel full of energy.

Mini trampolines are about 3 feet wide and about 9 incehs off the ground and are intended for 1 person to exercise on. It shouldn’t be used as a play toy for children and is really just a piece of exercise equipment. Having said that, I will add that’s it’s a really fun piece of exercise equipment!

The way the mini trampoline is used for rebounding is kind of like jogging in place. At first you should start off slowly and just bounce a little bit. As you get more used to the rebounded then you can bounce a bit more forcefully and eventually jog in place. This is a great way to exercise and can be done indoors in front of the TV or to music or outdoors if you prefer.

Some of the other benefits of exercising on a mini trampoline include:

Better oxygen circulation
Helps to prevent cardiovascular disease
Helps fight depression
Aids digestion
Helps you to sleep better
Increases mental performance
Is said to slow down aging

It is recommended that you jump on your mini trampoline for at least 10 minutes a day and work your way up to 40 minutes or more.
